Our client is an IT services company with large-scale, complex IT&C sales needs. With hundreds of sellers worldwide, and an operating presence in many countries, the company has to manage IT sales with a global mindset, in order to ensure efficiency.
The Goal
Our client has developed a complex Sales Platform, to meet its global sales needs. Scalability, adaptability, content and user-experience are difficult to manage within such a complex, international context – and are made more so by the different processes and systems adopted across the organization’s many branches. They decided to unify all content from different Applications, Systems and Branches, from a Sales perspective, in the interest of optimizing for a more user-friendly and easily manageable, global Sales Platform. Update of the User Interface and development of new features were necessary in this unification process.
Our Challenges
Our client needed to optimize their Sales Platform for new mobile devices, by redesigning all of its applications.
Distributed across the globe, the project required our best display of development and optimization skills. The availability and Release Date were critical subjects with this deployment, as the company couldn’t afford sales disruptions.
