What would you have to do

• Analyze business requirements and derive implementation approach on own-developed ERP system.

• Coordinate with the development team the resolution of day-to-day production issues and prevent reoccurrence.

• Analyze the tickets flow of individual markets.

• Coordinate the informational flow between the 2nd level support team and 3rd level support team.

• Coordinate with the team to identify recurring error patterns, analyze and propose optimization plans.

• Discuss operational challenges with the development team.

• Mediate between Product Owner and developers regarding feasibility of implementation.

• Create concepts, user stories and documentation.

• Coordinate with business units and neighboring teams.

• Coordinate the service provider for the development of the app.

• Participate to planning and communication of rollouts, migration scenarios, etc.

• Create specifications for change requests.

• Create and execute of SQL scripts for configuration adjustments.

• Participate in cross-team E2E tests.

• Train the service desk staff.

What would you have to know

• SQL.

• Java, Wildfly, Windows Server, ESB/EMS architectures, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON – basic level.

• Processes in retail logistics would be a big plus.

• Scrum methodology.

• How to abstract from single data field of an interface to strategic E2E view of a business process.

• English (German would be a plus).
