• Triage and investigate user service requests and incidents comprising of application and data issues, then identify the source of the issue and determine possible solutions using deep technical and functional knowledge of our application
• Participate in development of the application
• Create problem tickets and defects using project standards
• Share knowledge with L2 support team, helping them to cover most of the incidents on their level
• Log analysis and reverse engineering
• Implement bug fixes or workarounds
• Implement "technical requirements" (cloud migration, AD conversions, server configurations, etc.)
• Perform preliminary analysis of current state/implementation options
• Create and execute tests (partly test automation via SoapUI)
• Identify system bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements
• Keeping track of everything that is necessary to bring the customizations into prod.
